First crop of lettuce from Tower Garden
Food Re-Intro: Day 4
I was planning on adding corn back in this morning but when I woke up my stomach was feeling slightly off. I’ve decided to wait until tomorrow to introduce corn back into my diet.
Breakfast: Sunrise Smoothie
1 cup ice
1 small can pineapple juice
1/4 cup coconut water
1 organic banana
1 organic orange, sliced and peeled
Blend and enjoy – it tasted like an orange julius but BETTER! SO yummy!
Snack: Larabar Cashew Cookie
Lunch: Tasty Bites Bombay Potatoes and Chickpeas
When I got home I was craving fresh air again! So Ben and I went on a nice walk around the pond with Otis. It was so nice to get outside and have some stimulating conversation with him. And I always love seeing how happy Otis is outside walking around.
